Who we are

Stitcherry ("we", "us") is operated by Individual Entrepreneur. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the Stitcherry website and editor, why, and the rights you have. For any privacy question, contact support.stitcherry@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, handled through our authentication provider (Supabase). Content you provide: images you upload for pattern generation and the charts you save to your account. Purchase data: records of credit purchases (billing itself is handled by our payments provider, Paddle — we do not receive or store your full card details). Technical data: basic, privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and referrers) with no cross-site tracking.

How we use your data

To provide the service (generate, store and let you edit and export your charts), to operate your account and process purchases, to secure the service and prevent abuse, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases

We process account and content data to perform our contract with you, purchase data to comply with legal (accounting/tax) obligations, and analytics and security data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving a safe service.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database/storage), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), our hosting provider (Render), our transactional email provider (Resend, for support/feedback), and a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Plausible). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service.

Retention

We keep your account, images and charts for as long as your account exists. When you delete a chart it is removed from your account; when you delete your account we delete your personal data and content, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. purchase records).

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your charts and your account from your account settings, or contact support.stitcherry@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA/UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our governing law and establishment is Ukraine.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in-product.
