Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Stitcherry, operated by Individual Entrepreneur. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You need an account to use the editor. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to purchase credits.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the charts you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process your content so we can provide the service to you. You represent that you have the rights to any image you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to use, upload illegal or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, abuse or circumvent the credit system, or use the service to build a competing dataset or product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Credits and purchases

Access to saving and full-quality export is provided through top-up credits. Purchases, pricing, taxes and refunds are described in the Purchase & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Generated charts are automated estimates (colours, thread and skein counts) and may need manual adjustment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Termination and changes

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: support.stitcherry@gmail.com.
