Purchase & Refund Policy

Credits, not a subscription

Stitcherry is paid for with top-up credits bought in packs. There is no recurring subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credits do not expire. One credit is spent when you save a chart; editing that saved chart is free, and using a new photo is a new chart (a new credit).

Who you buy from (merchant of record)

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is with Paddle, who handle billing, applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax) and receipts. Prices are shown before purchase and may include tax depending on your location.

Delivery

Credits are digital goods added to your account immediately after a successful payment. If credits are not applied within a few minutes, contact support.stitcherry@gmail.com with your order details.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EU/UK consumer you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, when you spend a credit you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal for that consumed credit. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Outside that window we consider reasonable refund requests case by case, and nothing here affects your mandatory statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email support.stitcherry@gmail.com from your account email, or use the refund link on your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the corresponding credits are removed from your account.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
